YOU MUST WEAR A LIFE VEST WHEN ON THE
RIVER
Each canoe must have one
adult in it. Participants under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian.
For safety, the entire flotilla will stay within the boundaries of the lead canoe and the sweep canoe.
This is an alcohol-free event.
Motor boat support will be provided by the Wapello County Sheriff.
Each Canoe or kayak will be provided with a whistle, and each participant will be required to sign an insurance waiver.
